  6. Prepare 3/4 tbls of Red chilli powder.
  7. You need 1 tbls of Coriander powder.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  10. Prepare 1-1/2 of Sugar.
  11. Prepare 3/4 cup of Oil.
  12. It's 2 tbls of Fresh coriander leaves.

  1. Heat up oil add onions and fry till golden brown, add Ginger garlic paste in it and stir..
  2. Add all spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper powder and salt) mix well. Cook for a minute add tomatoes and little water if needed..
  3. Add sliced turnips in masala give a good stir and add a cup of water in it. Cover it and cook till the turnips soften..
  4. When turnips gone musshi, cook it on medium high flame till the oil oozes out. Add coriander leaves and green chillies..
  5. Serve with Vegetable rice and enjoy..
