  2. Prepare of Couscous.
  3. It's of Black Beans rinsed well until water runs clear.
  4. You need of Roma tomatoes diced.
  5. Prepare of green onions diced including white.
  6. It's of small sweet onion Diced, mind were strong. I soaked them in sugar water. Not long enough lol I was hungry.

  1. Add water or boullion to saucepan, bring to a boil.
  2. Add Couscous, turn heat off cover with a tight lid..
  3. Walk away for 15-20 minutes. Allow Couscous to absorb liquid..
  4. While Couscous is sitting, prep veggies, rinse black beans very well, until cold water runs clear..
  5. Dice Veggies, onions, green onions, etc. add whatever you want to add. Your taste..
  6. Once Couscous is done, carefully add all ingredients together, mix well..
  7. Chill in Fridge an hour or two before eating..
