  3. You need of large onion, chopped.

  7. You need of oyster sauce.
  8. Prepare of BBQ sauce.
  9. It's of chili sauce.
  10. Prepare of tomato sauce.
  11. You need of [Seasoning].
  12. Prepare of steak seasoning.
  13. It's of black pepper.
  14. You need of ginger powder (optional).
  15. It's of onion powder (optional).
  16. Prepare of paprika (optional).

Healthy Minced BBQ Beef Salad step by step

  1. Heat oil in pan, saute garlic until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
  2. Mix all ingredients except stock into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add beef into pan and cook until beef is half-cooked, add mixed sauce into the pan, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Add broth/water and onion into mixture, cook for another about 2 minutes or so (until onion is kind of soft but not mushy).
  5. Toss into salad of lettuce and tomatoes (or any other vegetables of your choice) and mix (picture was taken before mixing because it doesn't look as nice after mixing - but DELICIOUS!).
