  1. Prepare 2 cups of Ragi flour.
  2. It's 1 tbsp of Besan.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Boiled Corn.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of grated carrot.
  5. You need 1 of Spring onion chopped.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. You need of Cumin powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of Chopped Coriander.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Green chilli.chopped fine.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Dhania powder.
  11. It's of Water.
  12. It's 1 tbsp of Ghee.

Ragi Chilla step by step

  1. Collect all ingredients at one place to make pancake..
  2. Mix carrot,corn and chopped spring onion into flour..
  3. Make a thick batter by adding water..
  4. Mix all spices,salt and chopped coriander..
  5. Heat up the non stick griddle and spread the batter.
  6. Drizzle 1 tbsp of ghee and fry it on both sides..
  7. Serve it hot sprinkling some mint masaala over it..
