  5. You need 1 tbsp of prepared mustard.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of whiskey.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
  8. It's 1/4 tsp of Cayenne chilli pepper.
  9. It's 1 of Fish stock cube (dissolved in 2 tablespoons of warm water).

  1. To prepare the fish, wash and open in half, it'll be easier to cook. Next sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt..
  2. Heat the oil on a medium heat in a frying pan..
  3. Add the garlic cloves and fry for about 2 minutes..
  4. Reduce heat to low..
  5. Add the coriander and stir..
  6. Next add the mustard, whiskey, chilli pepper, stock cube and salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes..
  7. Remove from the heat, and reserve until the fish is done..
  8. Cook the sea bass on the barbecue for around 15- 20 minutes, flipping the fish often..
  9. When cooked, drizzle all the sauce over the fish and serve with some boiled potatoes..
