Ingredients of Grilled Squash & Halibut w/ Green Beans & Portobellos

  1. Prepare of Squash.
  2. You need of Fresh whole green beans.
  3. You need of portobello mushrooms; cleaned & sliced.
  4. Prepare of Fresh halibut.
  5. You need of Pepper.
  6. It's of Garlic salt.
  7. It's of Olive oil.
  8. It's of Lemon.
  9. You need of Olive oil.
  10. You need of Lemon zest.

Grilled Squash & Halibut w/ Green Beans & Portobellos step by step

  1. Slice squash lengthwise in 1/2" thick pieces and set aside.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup of olive oil, pepper & garlic salt and baste squash and grill in ribbed pan until tender.
  3. Cut halibut into about 1" to 1 1/2" pieces.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in pan and cook halibut with lemon juice.
  5. Heat remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil in another pan and sauté green beans & mushrooms. Season to taste with salt & pepper..
  6. Place squash on plate and top with halibut, green beans, & mushrooms..
  7. Sprinkle lemon zest on top for extra pop.
