  1. make pancake mix according to directions..
  2. heat skillet or griddle..
  3. spray with non-stick spray.
  4. pour 2 tbl. of mix onto skillet. and just above that touching the one u just poured pour on 1tbl. pancake mix. and repeat on top of that using a half tablespooon of mix. ( u can do smaller or larger depending on size u want).
  5. cook until stiff enough to flip..
  6. flip and cook until done..
  7. place on plate..
  8. sprinkle snowman with powdered sugar (to look like fresh fallen snow).
  9. place 3 chocolate chips for buttons..
  10. a half a raisin for each eye.
  11. orange decorator icing for carrot nose.
  12. decorator icing or gel of choice for mouth and same for scarf..
  13. for bacon hat just tear to desired shape. or same for sausage hat. ( I did bacon).
  14. spread some cool wwhip around bottom of snowman to resemble piles of snow..
  15. serve! :) and enjoy.
  16. feel free to get creative using different fruits, candies and stuff for the decoration..

You can make your snowman with two or three "circles" for body parts. But Christmas pancakes as fun and easy as these certainly qualify for "creative sweets made simple".
