- You need 3 of Beetroot grated-.
- It's 1 of Turnip grated.
- You need 1 of Carrot grated.
- Prepare 1-5 leaves of Spinach-.
- It's 1 of Cauliflower florets-of 1 cauliflower.
- Prepare 2 of Potatoes-.
- You need 1 cup of Green peas.
- It's 2 of Green capsicum (finely chopped).
- It's 1 of Onion (finely chopped).
- Prepare -8-10 of Tomatoes (pureed).
- It's 12-15 of Garlic cloves-(Minced).
- It's as needed of Coriander chopped.
- It's -1 tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Pav bhaji Masala-.
- You need Pinch of Turmeric.
- Prepare to taste or 2 tsp of Salt.
- You need 1 cup of Water-.
- You need 1 or 1/2 of lemon- if big in size.
- It's 1tsp+1 tsp of Butter+oil-(for tempering).
- You need 50 gms or more of Butter- you can take(Amul Light).
