  1. It's 1 Kg of Red snapper fish.
  2. It's 30 gms of Tamarind.
  3. Prepare 2 of big size onion chopped.
  4. It's 3 of small size tomato.
  5. Prepare 6 cloves of garlic.
  6. Prepare 3 teaspoons of chilli powder.
  7. It's 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
  8. You need 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 100 ml of groundnut oil.
  10. You need 1 teaspoon of fenugreek.

Fish Curry / Red Snapper Fish Curry instructions

  1. Clean the fish and wash completely.
  2. Heat oil and add fenugreek and let it fry. Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and tomato and fry well.
  4. Add tamarind purée and let it boil for 2 mins by adding turmeric powder.
  5. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
  6. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Add the fish and stir gentle.
  7. Allow the gravy to cook for 25 minutes..
  8. Once the fish is cooked in gravy, garnish with coriander leaves ready to serve.
