- Now get a frying pan and put a table spoon of olive oil and add the chopped vegetables.
- When they are done get a tray to put them In the oven put them on the middle shelf.

- Get a pan and add the baby carrots put on the highest gas and wait for it to boil.
- Now get the fish out and open the tin foil up WARNING VERY HOT.
- Put it on a severing plate then add the cooked vegetables and the baby carrots.
