  1. You need 2 Cups of uncooked white rice.
  2. It's 2 Cups of chicken broth.
  3. You need 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. You need 2-14.5 oz. of cans stewed or diced tomatoes.
  5. It's 1/4 of large onion diced.
  6. Prepare 1 of hint of garlic.
